Return policy
You have 7 calendar days from time of delivery to request a return. Returned purchases are eligible for store credit only. You are responsible for shipping back your item(s). We do not cover return shipping costs. All return requests must be pre-approved. Email info@snakeoilprovisions.mom to initiate a return.
Returned items must meet the following criteria:
- New, unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition
- Original tags attached
- Shoes in original box with original packaging and tags
- Receipt included
The following items are not eligible for return: final sale items, hemmed or altered items, worn or used items, custom orders.
Items that arrive scented with perfume, cologne, or smoke, with visible stains or wear, or that have been laundered or dry cleaned will be disqualified from return. The customer will be billed for return shipping on disqualified items.
Items that require steaming or pressing due to careless repackaging, show signs of wear beyond trying on, or have abnormal amounts of lint or hair may be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.
Store Credit
Returns are issued as store credit only, in the form of a Snake Oil Provisions gift card for the original purchase amount excluding shipping. Store credit does not expire.
There are no exchanges. A store credit will be issued once your return is received that you can use to purchase an alternate item.
Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipping. We recommend Pirate Ship for the best rates.
Cancellations
No cancellations are permitted once an online order has been placed.
